I must say that Jason and Delina deserve the North Texas Matchmaker award. They both were relentlessly working behind the scenes to bring Whittney and I together. Delina pretended to show her sister decorations for a big Cowboys game, though apparently I was the icing on the cake. That's all it took to convince Whittney to "Pause", pack up and come get her future man.

Once she arrived, Jason was tagged by his wife to start working on me. He didn't ask me about joining them for date night, he told me "BHines be at my house by 8." After a long day the only thing I wanted to do was relax. He assured me I didn't want to miss this night. Finally, he let out the information that he had someone he wanted me to meet. Quite frankly, I asked him if she would be around next weekend because I was ready to lay it down. Again, he wouldn't let it go so I had no choice but to go.

The more we interacted the more I realized God doesn't make mistakes. Our pasts have strengthened our future and I am truly grateful to have this wonderful women in my life.
